  • Frame & Structure: 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects
  • Electronic Components: 6-month warranty on controllers, displays, and sensors
  • Accessories: 3-month warranty on pedals, chargers, and other accessories

2. What's Covered

Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, including:

  • Manufacturing defects in motor, battery, or frame
  • Malfunctioning electronic components
  • Premature battery capacity loss (below 70% within warranty period)
  • Structural failures not caused by misuse or accidents

3. What's NOT Covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear (tires, pedal pads, scratches)
  • Damage from accidents, crashes, or improper use
  • Water damage or exposure to extreme conditions
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs
  • Cosmetic damage that doesn't affect functionality
  • Battery degradation due to improper charging habits

4. Return & Exchange Policy

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: If you're not completely satisfied with your electric unicycle, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Conditions:

  • Product must be in original condition with minimal signs of use
  • All original packaging, accessories, and documentation must be included
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective
  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after inspection

5. Repair & Replacement Process

If your electric unicycle requires warranty service:
