Return & Refund Policy

⚠️ Please Note: All Sales are Final. Due to the high-value nature of electric unicycles and the complexities of international logistics, we do not offer returns or exchanges for "change of mind" or personal reasons.

1. Order Cancellation (Before Shipment)

If you cancel your order before it is processed and shipped, a processing fee (4.4% for PayPal / 3.6% for Credit Card) will be deducted from your refund.

Once the tracking number is generated, the order cannot be canceled.

2. No Returns / No Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been delivered.

We encourage all customers to review product specifications and local regulations thoroughly before completing a purchase.

3. Shipping Damage (7-Day Inspection Period)

We take full responsibility for the product arriving safely. If your item is damaged during transit, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and videos of the damage and the outer packaging.

Upon verification, we will provide replacement parts or coordinate a solution to restore the product to its functional state.

4. Technical Support & Warranty

As an authorized dealer, we provide professional technical support. If you encounter any functional issues, we will work with you to provide replacement parts and repair guidance under the standard warranty terms.
